“I normally don't make a big deal about receiving good service because I've always believed that it should be a given when you are paying for it. However the service that I’ve received during my home buying process was extraordinary and it would be a dis-service not to give due credit to Residential Inc. and Jaqueline McFerren (Residential Inc.).
These ladies are an awesome team and resource for anyone who is in the market to repair their credit, purchase a home, or both. I have just purchased my "Dream Home" by going through their system and all I can say is "Wow"! The first step in this process was to go through Residential Inc.'s credit restoration process.
Her services were recommended by a friend and after my fiancé and I had a phone conversation with her, we were convinced to start the process. I was very reluctant to give up my personal information (SS#, banking info., etc...) and to start making monthly payments for a service to someone who I had never had the opportunity to meet in person. Nevertheless, we went through with starting the process because of her presentation and ability to address our questions and concerns.
Her credit restoration service is not like other ones that you hear about where you give a lump sum of money and in less than 2 months somehow your credit ready for the world. I've always thought that something MUST be wrong with that process Residential Inc. will have legally binding documents to be signed will give you details about what needs to be done to repair your credit, and will set realistic expectations of what your score should look like at the end of the process.
I was extremely pleased with the results. After going through the credit restoration process, Mrs. Moore then referred me to Jaqueline McFerren of Residential Inc. to get approved and secure a loan for my home. As you may know, home buying can be a grueling process, but Jaqueline is someone that you definitely want in your corner.
This was not my first home purchase and I am aware that most mortgage companies view your file as just one of the files that could potentially put money in their pockets. Most mortgage companies will only look at the numbers and if things aren't working out then they start to devote their efforts to other files that appear to be more promising. Jaqueline left no stone unturned when it came to navigating us through the process.
